Pamela is a licensed mental health therapist in WA State who specializes in workplace bullying and other forms of relational abuse. She is a passionate counselor, advocate and educator about the harm workplace bullying causes and equally passionate about helping people recover and regain their professional and personal sense of self to thrive.
Founder, Treasurer – Diana Woychesin
Diana Woycheshin is the Financial Operations Manager of Schwerin Campbell Barnard Iglitzin & Lavitt, LLP, a labor law firm. Graduating from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in Political Science, Diana has a keen interest in Public Policy as it relates to labor and is happy to be a part of advocacy work to improve the lives of those who work for a living.
Founder, Secretary – Steve May, CIPM
Steve emigrated from the UK to Seattle to work for Microsoft in late 1995, becoming a citizen in 2012. Steve has worked in many parts of Microsoft including Windows, Windows Phone, and Windows Live. He currently works in the Windows Privacy team focusing on converting worldwide regulations into actionable engineering policies including standing up internal governance bodies and producing required training for many thousands of engineers. He’s been a long time supporter of LGBTQ youth & homeless causes volunteering at Lambert House and elsewhere.
